Prof. Dr. Bülent Alıcı, born in Gaziantep in 1959, is a distinguished figure in the field of urology, renowned for his expertise in andrology and reconstructive surgery. A proud alumnus of Istanbul American Robert College and Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine, his medical journey began in 1983, followed by specialized training at Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty, and further honing his skills in the United States at Texas University M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and Baylor College of Medicine’s St. Luke’s Hospital. Ascending to the ranks of associate professor in 1999 and professor in 2005, Dr. Alıcı has held pivotal roles in urological education and leadership, notably as president of the Urological Surgery Association. Now leading a successful private practice, he combines cutting-edge treatment with a compassionate approach, upholding a commitment to improving patient lives through exemplary urological care.

After graduating from Konya Meram Science High School in 2001, Dr. Sertkaya enrolled in the faculty of medicine at Gazi University and earned his medical degree in 2008. He then completed his Urology residency at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital, becoming board-certified in the field in 2014.

PhD. Dogukan Sokman,PhD. Sökmen graduated from Eskişehir Kılıçoğlu High School in 2002 and studied at Istanbul Cerrahpaşa University Medical School in the same year, graduating in 2008.

Later, he specialized in urology at Bakırköy Urology Clinic of Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital was the only clinic in Turkey with European Accreditation (FEBU) accreditation at the time and was appointed as Urology Specialist in 2014.

Since becoming a specialist, he has actively participated in trainings and conferences in the fields of urological oncology, robotic surgery, renal transplantation and andrology, and has participated in numerous surgeries with leading professors from around the world.

In recent years, he has become particularly interested in "men's sexual health and sexual aesthetics" and has been performing surgeries in this area since 2017.He continues to perform surgeries and research, including penile enlargement and regenerative treatments for erectile dysfunction, penile implant implantation, chronic prostatitis, sexually transmitted diseases, and chronic pelvic pain syndrome.

PhD. Sökmen has been a member of the European Association of Urology since 2009. He has also organized and served as an instructor for many accredited training courses for the organization.

2021 Ph.D. Sökmen introduces unique andrology trends in the field of urology with its portfolio of treatments, patented devices and regenerative therapies.He is currently conducting scientific research and patient examinations at the Andro Expertise Center for Men’s Health and Beauty, which will be opened in 2022 with his colleague Dr. Andro. Sertkaya was founded with the same vision. He treats patients in his own clinic and performs surgeries in affiliated hospitals.
