What it is
An implant combined with girth enhancement
Magic Touch is for men who need a penile implant for erectile dysfunction and would also like more girth. The implant restores reliable erections; a girth enhancement procedure is added to the same treatment plan.
The implant itself does not make the penis larger than it naturally was. Any change in girth from the added procedure depends on your anatomy, your tissues and how you heal, so results vary. The surgeon will explain what is realistic for you at your consultation, before you commit to anything.
Realistic expectations matter. We do not promise a specific number of centimetres. If a measurable increase is important to you, say so at your assessment so the surgeon can tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

Risks you should know about. Combining an implant with a girth procedure adds to the surgical risks. These include infection, bleeding, bruising and swelling, mechanical failure of the device over time, erosion, uneven contour, changes in sensation and a result that differs from what you hoped for. Placing an implant is a permanent change: if it is removed, other treatments for erectile dysfunction are unlikely to work. Your surgeon will discuss your individual risks before you decide.

How much extra girth will I get?
It varies. The change depends on your anatomy, tissue quality and healing, so we do not quote a fixed figure. The surgeon will give you a realistic view after examining you.
Will an implant make my penis longer?
A penile implant restores rigidity; it is not a lengthening operation. Some men find the erect penis looks shorter than it did many years ago, often because of changes that happened before surgery.
Is the recovery longer than with the Basic package?
Swelling and bruising may take a little longer to settle after a combined operation. Most men follow a similar plan: intercourse is usually allowed after 4–6 weeks, once the surgeon confirms healing.
