The surgeon reviews your history and any reports, often during a short video call, and explains whether treatment is likely to help. The first consultation is free of charge.
Personalised quote and dates
You receive a written quote and treatment plan, and agree dates with our coordinator before booking flights.
Preparing
You receive guidance on preparing for treatment, such as blood sugar control, stopping smoking and which medicines to pause under medical supervision.

Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation to review your case and discuss options is free of charge, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
Who will read my message?
Everything you share is handled confidentially and seen only by the medical and coordination team.
Will someone speak English with me?
Yes. Our surgeons and coordinators communicate with patients in English from the first message to follow-up.
Can I visit the clinic office?
Yes, by appointment. The office is in the Akasya Kent complex in Acıbadem, on the Asian side of Istanbul. Our coordinators arrange consultations and follow-up visits in advance.
