The Basic package brings together everything you need for a standard first-time penile implant operation in Istanbul. The package includes:
- A Coloplast Titan Touch three-piece inflatable penile implant
- The surgeon's fee for the operation, performed by a professor of urology
- 2 nights in hospital, with monitoring and nursing care after surgery
- 5 nights in a hotel in Istanbul
- Transfers within the city between the airport, your hotel, the clinic and the hospital

Who it suits
Is the Basic package right for you?
This package is designed for men having a penile implant for the first time to treat erectile dysfunction. It may suit you if:
- Tablets, injections or a vacuum device no longer work for you, or are not suitable
- You would like an inflatable implant that looks and feels natural when deflated
- You have no significant penile curvature that needs correcting at the same time
- You have enough hand dexterity to use a small pump in the scrotum
If you also have Peyronie's disease, the Peyronie's disease and prosthesis package may fit better. If you already have an implant that needs replacing, see revision surgery.
Risks you should know about. A penile implant is surgery and carries risks, including infection, bleeding or bruising, mechanical failure of the device over time, erosion and a change in how the penis looks when erect. Placing an implant is a permanent change: if it is removed, other treatments for erectile dysfunction are unlikely to work. Results vary from person to person. Your surgeon will talk through your individual risks before you decide.

How much does the Basic package cost?
You receive a personalised quote after your free consultation. The surgeon needs to review your history and examine you before confirming the plan, and you then receive a personal quote that lists exactly what is included.
Can I choose a different implant brand?
The package is built around the Coloplast Titan Touch. Other devices, such as the Boston Scientific AMS 700 or a malleable implant, can be discussed; the choice depends on your anatomy and may change the price.
How long do I need to stay in Istanbul?
Most patients stay about six days, from arrival to the final check-up. The surgeon confirms when you are fit to fly.
Can someone come with me?
Yes. Many patients travel with a partner, friend or relative. Let us know when you ask for your quote so the hotel room can be arranged.
What happens after I fly home?
