Everything starts with a conversation. You can write to us through the contact form or WhatsApp, or book a video consultation, whichever feels most comfortable.

Tell us briefly about your situation, previous treatments and any other health conditions.

Online assessment
The surgeon reviews your history and any reports, often during a short video call, and explains whether surgery is likely to help.

You receive a written quote and agree dates with our coordinator before booking flights.

Preparing
You receive guidance on preparing for surgery, such as blood sugar control, stopping smoking and which medicines to pause under medical supervision.
In Istanbul
Six days, step by step
This is the usual sequence for a penile implant. Timings can shift slightly depending on hospital schedules and your recovery.
- Day 1
Arrival and hotel check-in
We meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to settle in.
- Day 2
Consultation and pre-operative tests
The professor examines you at the clinic, answers your questions and confirms the choice of implant. You then go to the hospital for blood tests and other pre-operative checks.
- Day 3
Surgery
You are collected from the hotel early in the morning and admitted to hospital. The operation is carried out under general or spinal anaesthesia, and you rest on the ward afterwards.
- Day 4
Recovery on the ward
The professor visits you in the morning to examine you and explain how the operation went. The catheter is usually removed around this time.
- Day 5
Back to the hotel
You are discharged and taken back to your hotel with your medication and dressings, and clear instructions for the days ahead.
- Day 6
Final check and flight home
The professor examines you once more at the clinic. When he is satisfied you are well and fit to fly, you travel home.

Recovery and follow-up
Your care continues after you leave Istanbul. Before you fly, you receive written aftercare instructions and direct contact details for our team.
- Week 1
Learning to use the implant
The implant stays partly inflated at first. You are shown how to use the pump at the one-week check, in person or by video.
- Weeks 1–2
Swelling settles
Mild pain and swelling ease. Send photos or questions by WhatsApp whenever you are unsure.
- Weeks 4–6
Returning to intercourse
Intercourse is usually allowed once your surgeon confirms healing.
- Week 6+
Back to full activity
Strenuous exercise and heavy lifting can usually resume. Follow-up continues as needed.
If something does not feel right. Complications after implant surgery, such as infection or bleeding, are uncommon but need prompt attention. Fever, increasing pain, redness, discharge from the wound or swelling that keeps growing should be reported straight away. If you feel unwell after you have flown home, contact your local emergency services or GP as well as our team.
Is it safe to fly home after six days?
For most patients, yes. The surgeon examines you before you leave and confirms whether you are fit to fly. If you need a little longer, your stay can be extended.
Does the journey differ for Peyronie's disease surgery?
The sequence is similar. The Peyronie's packages include 3 hotel nights rather than 5, and a wound check is usually arranged within 7–10 days, in person or remotely.
Will someone speak English with me?
Yes. Our surgeons and coordinators communicate with patients in English throughout the stay.
Can I bring my partner?
Yes. Many patients travel with a partner or friend. Let us know early so arrangements can be made.
