Hyaluronic acid filler can add some girth (thickness) to the penis without surgery. The effect is temporary and varies from man to man, so this page explains honestly what the treatment can and cannot do.
What it is
Hyaluronic acid is a substance that occurs naturally in the body. As a medical gel, it is widely used as a dermal filler in the face. For penile girth enhancement, the gel is injected into the layer just under the skin of the penile shaft, around its circumference, to make the penis look and feel thicker.
The filler sits above the erection chambers, not inside them. It does not affect how erections work, and it does not treat erectile dysfunction.
Because hyaluronic acid is gradually broken down by the body, the result is temporary. Unlike many other fillers, it can also be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if there is a problem or you change your mind.
Please read before deciding. In most countries, including the UK, the EU and the US, dermal fillers are not specifically approved for use in the penis, so penile use is off-label. Evidence on long-term results is limited. Results vary, some men are disappointed with the change, and the treatment carries real risks. We will always discuss these openly with you.
Who it suits

The treatment
The treatment is carried out as an outpatient procedure by a doctor, in a sterile clinical setting. You go back to your hotel the same day.

The skin is cleaned thoroughly and numbed with cream and/or a local anaesthetic injection.
The gel is placed evenly under the skin of the shaft, usually with a fine blunt-tipped cannula.
The doctor gently massages the filler for an even contour. A light dressing may be applied.
What to expect
The change in girth is usually visible straight away, but swelling in the first days can make it look larger than the settled result. The final shape becomes clearer after swelling has gone, usually within two to three weeks.
How much girth is added depends on your anatomy, the skin, the amount of filler that can safely be placed and how your body responds. We do not promise a specific increase in size.
The body breaks hyaluronic acid down gradually, so the effect fades over time. How long it lasts varies considerably between men. Keeping the effect requires further treatment.
Recovery

Risks you should know about. Penile filler is a medical procedure with real risks. These include swelling, bruising and discomfort; lumps or nodules; an uneven or irregular contour; filler moving away from where it was placed (migration), for example towards the base or the head of the penis; infection; and, rarely, delayed inflammatory reactions or damage to blood vessels. Some problems can be treated by dissolving the filler with hyaluronidase; others may need further treatment. Results vary, and your doctor will discuss your individual risks before you decide.
Penis enlargement in Turkey
"Penis enlargement" covers very different treatments, from injections under the skin to major surgery. Most add girth (thickness); very few affect length, and none reliably increases erect length by a large amount. Some advertisements promise specific gains in centimetres. No honest doctor can promise that, because the result depends on your anatomy, the method and how your body heals. If your penis has become shorter or curved, the cause may be Peyronie's disease or longstanding erectile dysfunction, which need a different assessment.

Be careful
